S・MC (Masking Cap with Stainless Steel Pin) Method

Can be finished with an extremely low burden, limited to the degraded area! Work can be done in just 3 steps.

This technology is a suitable repair method for the deteriorated areas (lifted sections) of tiles used as finishing materials in buildings and similar structures. Using a super drill similar to the "MUS method" that our company also employs, and finishing with a dedicated stainless steel pin masking cap, it offers advantages such as improved workability, aesthetic finish, reduced noise for residents and neighbors, and consideration for the environment. 【Features】 ■ Quiet workability ■ Beautiful finish ■ Aesthetic quality closely resembling the existing materials ■ Environmental considerations looking towards the future ■ Suitable for the deteriorated areas of tiles used as finishing materials in buildings and similar structures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Construction method "Teracell retaining wall method"

Constructing a retaining wall by filling with locally sourced soil and crushed stone! A method to protect cut slopes.

The "TerraCell Retaining Wall Method" is a construction technique that involves filling expanded TerraCell (geocell) with locally generated soil or crushed stone and stacking it to build a retaining wall, thereby protecting the cut slope. The raw material for TerraCell is high-density polyethylene, and the surface sheet is made with a textured finish of 1.5mm thickness. As a result, it has sufficient weather resistance. Additionally, it excels in chemical resistance and adapts to various soils, including acidic and alkaline soils. 【Features】 ■ High weather and chemical resistance ■ Lightweight and compact ■ Compatible with various infill materials ■ Easy and quick to install ■ Adaptability and flexibility according to local conditions ■ Possibility of greening *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Construction method "Kekomu Segment Method"

Significant reduction in on-site construction period is possible! This is a construction method that achieves improved workability and construction accuracy.

The "Kekomu Segment Method" uses a full-circle rotating press-in machine to underwater press-in excavate a concrete composite pipe covered with outer steel plates, constructing a vertical shaft to a specified depth. Unlike conventional methods, after construction, it remains as a manhole structure with part of it left intact, allowing for the omission of on-site pouring work. Additionally, the connection of the segments is designed to be flexible, accommodating seismic level 2. 【Features】 ■ Work inside the vertical shaft to construct the manhole can be omitted by building an inner frame ■ Process time reduced to one-third ■ Complies with seismic level 2 ■ Improved environmental performance, constructability, and construction accuracy *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
